Passiflora setacea D.C. is a wild species native to the Brazilian Cerrado, with agronomic and medicinal potentials. The cultivar BRS Pérola do Cerrado first registered protected of has become an alternative passion fruit market due its desirable characteristics for food, ornamental pharmaceutic industries. Since plant tissue culture techniques are considered important tools large-scale production plants bioactive compounds, goal this work was evaluate flavonoid content antioxidant potential hydroethanolic leaf extracts from in vivo micropropagated new cultivar. Phytochemical analysis performed by HPLC-UV-ESI-MS/TOF.
